Nagelsäule revisited – #1433

The Nagelsäule (Nail Pillar) on the Liebfrauenplatz behind the Dom is a veritable treasure trove.

This plaque was donated to honour the Schwestern des Festungslazaretts [Sisters of the Fortification Field Hospital], located in what was then (and now) the Feldberg School on the Feldbergplatz.

Dated on my birthday, a year before Dad was born.

How cool is that….?
