And the season did come again that the populace cried out for viridi condimentum and the agricola did hear their pleas and proceeded to sow the seeds of Petroselinum hortense, Allium schoenoprasum, Rumex acetosa, Anthriscus cerefolium, Anethum graveolens, Sanguisorba minor, Borago officinalis and Lepidium sativum, gathering up the leaves and flogging them on the market for an outrageous price.

Mixed with sour cream and touch of mayonnaise and whizzed in the blender, they’re the perfect match for asparagus and new potatoes.
