Wobbly (n)
A person of either gender, generally approaching geriatricism. mostly riding at glacial speeds on an electrically powered bicycle with raised handlebars and a relaxed armchair-like riding position and frequently seen in flocks numbering up to 20. The key characteristic of this species is its predilection to braking when encountering either approaching or overtaking Velocipedes, thereby losing its gyroscopic stability with an ensuing immediate loss of directional control, frequently accompanied by high pitched wailing sounds.
