Poultry stand lady at the market is a dab hand at transferring eggs from a big tray to the standard 10 egg box.

2 at a time. Almost robotic. Clack, clack, clack, clack, clack.

Faster than the speed of light.

One of the guys (who picks them up with TLC and places them individually in the box) said:

“She might be quicker, but I have fewer breakages”….
