“Fava beans” sounds SO much more elegant.
They could charge AT LEAST €3.50 a kilo.
Even “broad beans” would fetch €3.20….

Wrap a salmon fillet in foil and roast it over an open fire, boil broad beans and peas, add butter. Dinner.,
