“To every thing there is a season…. – #1642

…… and a time to every purpose under the heaven”

Too true.

Mr Eccles Iastes wrote that, Pete Seeger put the words to music, the Byrds sang it.

It’s about time to get purposeful about getting into the new wine.

Just around the corner.

  1. Very pretty photo.
A big grapevine grows in our back yard. This year, for the first time, I got wise and put mesh over the whole thing to keep the birds away. Lo, we have grapes! Round, purple ones! I don’t think they’re ready yet, they’re still too hard. But I water them and watch them and dammit, I will eat them. (We don’t have enough to make wine. Next year.)

  2. Here I thought you were getting poetic and biblical! But, I guess wine is some that has a time to celebrate!
