Tram: 1 Pedestrian: 0

It’s not as if you can really overlook tramlines.

And it’s not as if they just pop around the corner without any warning.

Now idea how it happened, but a pedestrian came off decidedly second best in an altercation with a tram the other day, fortuitously just around the corner from 2 major hospitals

Just hope that the white markings aren’t indicative of a distribution of body parts….

    Oh dear, I hope they survive their injuries! I was just reading the other day about a teenage girl in California who was killed by a train because she was wearing ear buds and couldn’t hear the world around her — even a very loud train. We are all so distracted by our phones and devices these days!

    Definitely not a good day for them… it is fortunate that there are hospitals close by.
