Isn’t it always the way that the herb (or “erb” for our colonial cousins) that you use least grows like a weed?

Oregano officinalis.

Pizza. Tick.

Homemade tomato sauce. Tick.

Pork fillet with juniper berries and rhubarb roasted on oregano. Tick.

Um.
