The old Customs building at the river port, a fine example of creative conversion and now housing start-ups and media companies.

The rest of the area will be growing apartments in the very near future and they’ll ALSO be usurping the Nordmole, location for excellent concerts as well.

Expect a geriatric rant (Or two. Or three…) about that in due course.
