No “pre-loved rolls” from the day before.

No “vintage loaves” at half price.

They’ll be up at 3am, firing up the ovens and  driving the neighbours crazy with the smell of fresh bread.

    A good bakery will be starting very early and pretty much bake most of the opening hours.
