There are 3 4 ways of making Grüner Sosse, the salsa verde

Buy it at the delicatessen (Not really…)

Grow and make it yourself (Obviously)

Buy the herbs nicely wrapped up in paper (Except you’ll find that some herbs are missing, some are wilted and there’s often extra protein in the form of slugs..)

Or buy something that looks like the sort of bouquet you’d take for the hostess when you’re invited for dinner (Tell her to put it straight in the blender with some sour cream and you’re away…)
