>I can't quite make-out the smaller square; is that supposed to be another so-called barrier? Can't stop the proliferation of pigeons. A US city, perhaps Chicago?, years ago tried birth-control pills, but it didn't work. If those kind old souls and kids would stop feeding them, perhaps they'd go away!
