Uschi of the eponymous Fischshop van on the market in Bad-Kreuznach (which – being a mere HSAAJ from here and being eminently bike-rideable – belongs to the Greater Mainz Area).

The market’s been temporarily relocated from the barren market square in the middle of town to a leafy path that meanders by the side of the river.

It’s like “Beam me up, Scotty, and plonk me down in the Provence”.

Except they don’t do deep-fried battered fish filets on a roll down there…..
