We’re perched up here at 180m ASL and it’s something I’m quite happy about at the moment with the way things are developing down in the flatlands.

Guest photog and motoring journalist Andrew van Leeuwen (@avlmelbourne) – displaying all the foolhardiness of youth – ventured to within METRES of the raging torrent to snap this the other day.

There’s a bike path somewhere down there….

In the meantime, I’ll stay up here, keeping an eye on the strange-looking animals that are increasing appearing in the vineyards around here.
